Strategické riadenie je jednou z hlavných činností podnikového manažmentu. Analyzuje súčasný stav prostredia podniku a pripravuje plány pre jeho ďalšie smerovanie z dlhodobého hľadiska spolu s kontrolou ich implementácie.
