Price comparison excavation and trenchless technology for implementation of sewerage connections

Abstract:

Realizace budov občanské výstavby, budov pro bydlení, budov pro výrobu a služby bez dostatečné technické a dopravní infrastruktury není v současném stavu možná. Velký vliv na dostatečnou infrastrukturu zde mají zákonem stanovené požadavky na výstavbu a vysoká zastavěnost v území. Velmi významné postavení v problematice technické infrastruktury také mají vodohospodářské stavby zajišťující dodávku a odvedení znečištěné vody z využívaného území. Napojení stavebního objektu, který vyžaduje k provozu využití technické infrastruktury, označujeme jako přípojka. Vybudování přípojek v zastaveném a využívaném území je z koordinačních důvodů velmi složité. Technická infrastruktura je ukládána do prostoru pod veřejné komunikace a jakýkoliv zásah vyžaduje dopravní omezení. Dodatečné připojení stavebních objektů na technickou infrastrukturu je proto velmi nákladné a vyžaduje dostatečnou přípravu zaměřenou zejména na délku výstavby. Bakalářská práce osahuje porovnání finanční a technologické náročnosti výkopových a bezvýkopových technologií určených pro provádění kanalizačních přípojek včetně stanovení předpokládané délky výstavby. Je velmi mnoho faktorů ovlivňujících rozhodnutí, jakou technologii výstavby stanovit. Jedná se například o hloubku uložení kanalizačního řadu, hydrogeologické podmínky, požadavek na délku výstavby a další. Předpokládáme stejné hydrogeologické podmínky v předmětném území. Rozhodnutí jakou technologii výstavby stanovíme ovlivní nejen cena stavebních prací, ale i rozhodnutí dopravního odboru příslušného orgánu státní správy.

Abstract:

The realization of Public buildings, residential buildings, buildings for manufacturing and services, without sufficient technical and transport infrastructure, is not possible in the current state. A great influence on sufficient infrastructure, lays in the legal requirements for the construction and high space consumption of land. A very important position in the matter of technical infrastructure are the water structures which ensure delivery and drainage of contaminated water used on the land. The connection of the building which requires the use of traffic engineering infrastructure is known as connection. Building connections in build - up areas for coordination purposes is very difficult. Technical infrastructure is in place under the public roads and any intervention requires traffic restrictions. The additional connection of buildings to technical infrastructure is therefore a very costly and expensive and requires adequate preparation focused mainly on the length of the building realization. This bachelor thesis contains a comparison of financial and technological demands of excavation and trenchless technologies for the implementation of sewer connections, including the determination of the estimated time of construction. There are many factors influencing the decision of which technology is to be used in construction. These include deep mains sewers, hydro conditions, demand for the duration of construction and more. We suppose the same hydrogeological conditions in the area concerned. The decision about which technology we determine affects not only the construction cost of the works, but also the decision of the transport department of the relevant government authority.
