Management kvality ve školských zařízeních z pohledu genderových studií

Abstract:
Práce obsahuje zmapování vývoje postavení ženy ve společnosti z historického hlediska až po současnost. Pozornost je zaměřena na uplatnění žen v rodině a ve společnosti, poukazuje na sociální rozdíly mezi ženou a mužem, zabývá se pojmem feminismus a uplatnění ženy na pracovním trhu. Zkoumá rozdíly v řídící práci na základních školách mezi mužem a ženou.

The work has described position a women in society throug the development from the historical point of view to the present.
