Bakalářská práce se zabývá nedostatky právní úpravy zákona č. 120/2001 Sb. o soudních exekutorech a exekuční činnosti a pohlíží na exekuci, jako na efektivní způsob vymáhání pohledávek. Zabývá se překážkami, kterým čelí osoby činné v každodenním procesu exekučního řízení. Tedy oprávněný, povinný, soudní exekutor a v neposlední řadě třetí osoby. Bachelor thesis is dealing with inadequancies in legal regulation of Act No. 120/2001 Coll. about judicial executors and executory activities and to present the execution, as an effective way to debt collection.
