Práca sa zaoberá otázkou identifikácie vzťahu medzi prírodnými katastrofami a spoločenskými konfliktami. Na analýzu a zároveň zodpovedanie otázky boli za pomoci logistických modelov fixných efektov skúmané zvolené kauzálne vzťahy týchto dvoch premenných.
