Implementation and verification of volunteer service to the Regional Charity Uherský Brod

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce pojednává o zavedení a následném ověření dobrovolnické služby do Oblastní charity Uherský Brod. Práce je členěna do tří na sebe navazujících částí. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením pojmů dobrovolník, dobrovolnictví a zasazuje je do prostředí sociálních služeb. Dále je zde popsána Oblastní charita Uherský Brod a její činnost s ohledem na návaznost k další kapitole. Tou je aplikační část, která se věnuje dobrovolnictví v Oblastní charitě Uherský Brod v oblastech historického vývoje, managementu, požadovaného rozvoje a v neposlední řadě také oblasti akreditace dobrovolnického programu. Cílem výzkumné části je pomocí kvalitativní výzkumné metody ověřit zavedení a fungování dobrovolnické činnosti – zda dobrovolníci přichází do organizace tak, aby mohlo být dosaženo stanovených záměrů. Získané informace mohou být použity v praxi pro další rozvoj dobrovolnické činnosti v Oblastní charitě Uherský Brod.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the introduction and subsequent verification of volunteer service in The Regional Charity Uherský Brod. The work is divided into three consecutive parts. The theoretical part deals with the definition of terms of a volunteer, volunteering and puts them into the environment of social services. Furthemore, The Regional Charity Uherský Brod and its activities with regard to the continuity of the following chapter is described. That is the practical part which is aimed at volunteering in The Regional Charity Uherský Brod in areas of historical development, management, required development and, ultimately, the voluntary accreditation program. The aim of the research is using a qualitative research method to verify the implementation and operation of volunteering - whether the volunteers come into the organization in order to achieve the set objectives. The obtained information can be used in practice for the following development of volunteering in The Regional Charity Uherský Brod.
