Abstract:
Mezi muži a ženami existují nerovnosti v postavení na trhu práce. Tyto nerovnosti se projevují především nerovným přístupem k zaměstnání, rozdílnou nezaměstnaností a rozdílnou výší mezd. Nerovnosti úzce souvisejí s úrovní vzdělání mužů a žen a také se sociálními a ekonomickými podmínkami dané oblasti.
