Activation of older people with dementia, according to the model psychobiographic prof. Böhm

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na psychobiografický model péče podle profesora Böhma a na aktivizaci seniorů s demencí touto metodou. V úvodu popisuji tuto metodu péče o seniory, princip poskytování péče v určitých stadiích regrese. Rovněž je tu zmíněna i důležitost odlišného přístupu pečujícího personálu, který se odklání od dřívějších přístupů, kdy byl senior pasivní při péči, k aktivizaci seniora při péči a využití jeho zachovaných schopností. Klíčovým je tu sestavení biografické knihy a poznání historie seniora, nejen biografie, ale též jeho prostředí, ve kterém žil. Rovněž se personál musí seznámit i s historickým principem normality seniora, což je doba, ve které žil ve svých asi 25 letech, což se váže k podpoře vzpomínek a možnou terapii. V praktické části jsem se zaměřila na výzkum dvou seniorů žijících v domově pro seniory, kde se začíná pracovat metodou psychobiografického modelu péče podle prof. Böhma. Je tu předvedena jejich biografie společně s jejich historickým principem normality. V závěru srovnávám data zjištěná začátkem roku 2013 a pak nová z roku 2014. Zjišťuji, zda se podařily zjistit poznatky pro lepší péči a jejich využití.

Abstract:

The work is focused on psychobiographical model of care, according to professor Böhm and the activation of older people with dementia this method. The introduction describes this method of care the elderly, the principle of providing care at certain stages of regression. Also, thereis said the importance of a different approach caring staff, which departs from earlier approaches, where the seniornas passive in caring for activation senior, the care and use of its preserved abilities . The key is the assembly of biographical books and knowledge of the history senior, not a biography, but also the environment in which they lived. Personnel must be familiar with the historical principle of normality senior, a period in which he lived in his about 25 years, which is linked to the promotion of memories and potential therapy. In the practical part is focused on the research of two elderly people living in nursing homes, where it parking to woork method by psychobiographical model of care by prof. Böhm. There is a demonstrated their biographies along with their historical principle of normality. In ta end i compare data recorded in early 2013, and then the new year of 2014. I find that managed to find knowledge for better care and thein use.
