The Use of elements of Music Therapy in the education of pupils with specific behaviour disorders

Abstract:

Předložená diplomová práce pojednává o možnostech zařazení prvků muzikoterapie do vzdělávání žáků se specifickou poruchou chování. V teoretické části se věnuji vymezení základních pojmům, které s touto problematikou korespondují. Definuji zde problematiku a specifika žáka se specifikou poruchou chování ve vzdělávání, dále vymezuji inkluzivní vzdělávání a v neposlední řadě se zabývám oblastmi muzikoterapie, jejími specifickými rysy a možnostmi, které nabízí pro vzdělávání žáků se specifickou poruchou chování. V empirické části pak představím hlavní výzkumný cíl, který je analyzovat využití prvků muzikoterapie ve vzdělávání. Pro výzkumné šetření jsem zvolila kvalitativní přístup, a to metodu případové studie, ve které jsem ještě zakotvila informace z rozhovorů s pedagogickými pracovníky, také pozorování žáků. Dále jsem také jako dílčí uvedla navržení lekcí a činností s prvky muzikoterapie, které jsem následně ověřovala ve vzdělávání. Výsledky a postřehy jsem prezentovala v empirické části mé diplomové práce.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the possibilities of incorporating elements of music therapy into the education of pupils with specific behavioural disorders. In the theoretical part I define the basic concepts that correspond to this issue. I define the issues and specifics of pupils with specific behavioural disorders in education, then I define inclusive education and last but not least I discuss the areas of music therapy, its specific features and the possibilities it offers for the education of pupils with specific behavioural disorders. In the empirical part I then present the main research aim, which is to analyse the use of music therapy elements in education. For the research investigation I have chosen a qualitative approach, namely the case study method, in which I have still embedded information from interviews with teaching staff, also observations of pupils. Furthermore, I also included the design of lessons and activities with elements of music therapy as a partial, which I then validated in education. I presented the results and observations in the empirical part of my thesis.
