Prostorová distribuce a taxonomická struktura společenstva pakomárů (Chironomidae) v rybnících v závislosti na faktorech prostředí.

Spatial distribution and taxonomic structure of the Chironomidae assemblage in fishponds in relationship with environmental factors.

Abstract:

Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo vyhodnotit a zpracovat 48 vzorků odebraných v roce 2006 na vybraných jihomoravských rybnících. Vzorky byly odebrány ve dvou sezonách (jaro, podzim) a na každém rybníku vždy ve dvou mezohabitatech, z litorálu a z profundálu (dna volné vody). Zaměřil jsem se na vyhodnocení společenstva pakomárovitých (Chironomidae). Výsledky druhového složení a denzity byly dány do souvislosti s vybranými ekologickými faktory sledovaných rybníků. Celkem bylo nalezeno a určeno 1051 jedinců pakomárovitých zařazených do 21 taxonů, patřících do 3 podčeledí (Tanypodinae, Orthocladiinae, Chironominae). Největších denzit dosahovaly taxony Glyptotendipes (Glyptotendipes), Chironomus gr. plumosus, Tanytarsus sp. a Procladius (Holotanypus). Počty zachycených taxonů a jejich denzity byly na jaře v obou mezohabitatech podobné a významně se nelišily. Statisticky však byla prokázána vyšší druhová bohatost a vyšší denzita pakomárů v litorálu oproti profundálu v podzimní sezoně. Nižší denzita a chudší taxonomická struktura pakomárovitých v profundálu v tomto období byla patrně způsobena vyžíracím tlakem ryb a změnou některých důležitých ekologických faktorů v oblasti profundálu doprovázející přítomnost rybí obsádky. Byly totiž zjištěny významné závislosti mezi množstvím chlorofylu a, průhledností vody, rybí obsádkou a počtem zachycených taxonů a jejich denzitou. Čím byla v rybnících vyšší rybí obsádka, tím více bylo ve vodním sloupci naměřeno množství chlorofylu a a s tím související nižší průhlednost vody. Tyto faktory tedy zřejmě nejvíce ovlivňovaly početnost a diverzitu pakomárů v oblasti profundálu. Oproti tomu v litorální zóně s přítomností porostů vodních rostlin, která je pro svou horší dostupnost pro ryby méně ovlivněna rybí obsádkou, nebyly nalezeny tak výrazné rozdíly ve složení společenstva pakomárů v průběhu sezony. Největší druhovou bohatost, denzitu a pestré zastoupení potravních skupin pakomárovitých vykazovaly ze všech šesti rybníků Pouzdřanský rybník a Zámecký rybník, nejmenší rybník Šibeník, což zřejmě souviselo s intenzitou jejich obhospodařování a s tím souvisejícími specifickými podmínkami na nich.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis was to analyze and evaluate 48 samples collected in the selected fishponds in South Moravia in 2006. The samples were taken during two seasons (spring, autumn) from two mesohabitats of each fishpond, littoral and profundal (the bottom of open water zone). A particular focus was placed on evaluation of the Chironomidae assemblage. The results concerning a species composition and a density were put into relation with selected ecological factors of examined fishponds. Overall, 1051 individuals of Chironomidae were found, determined and subsequently classified into 21 taxa and 3 subfamilies (Tanypodinae, Orthocladiinae, Chironominae). The highest density was reached by taxa of Glyptotendipes (Glyptotendipes), Chironomus gr. plumosus, Tanytarsus sp. and Procladius (Holotanypus). The numbers of detected taxa and their densities were similar in both mesohabitats in spring and did not differ significantly. Nevertheless, a higher species richness was statistically proven as well as a higher density of Chironomidae in littoral as compared to profundal in autumn season. A lower density and a weaker taxonomic structure of Chironomidae in profundal in this period was probably caused by a fish predation and by the change of some of the important ecological factors in the profundal zone accompanying the presence of a fish stock. The significant correlations were found among the amount of chlorophyl a, water transparency, fish stock and the number of detected taxons with their density. The higher a fish stock density, the higher amount of chlorophyl a was measured in the water column together with a lower water transparency. Therefore, these factors apparently influenced a number and diversity of Chironomidae in the profundal zone. On the contrary, the littoral zone with a vegetation of water plants is less influenced by a fish stock due to the difficult accessibility, thus such differences in the structure of Chironomidae assemblage were not detected there during the season. The highest species richness, density and occurence of various feeding types of Chironomidae in the 6 examined fishponds were detected in the fishpond Pouzdřanský and the fishpond Zámecký, the lowest in the fishpond Šibeník, which was probably connected with the intensity of a fishpond management and related specific conditions.
