Bakalářská práce s názvem Odměňování v podniku Synthesia, a. s. se zabývá posouzením odměňování ve společnosti Synthesia, a. s.. Hlavním cílem této práce je zhodnotit politiku odměňování v Synthesii. Tato práce se skládá ze čtyř částí. První část je věnována teorii odměňování, především důležitým pojmům a jsou zde také zachyceny metody odměňování.
