Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zjištění spokojenosti klientů terénní sociální služby. Základním úkolem teoretické části je seznámení se se sociálními službami a s terénními sociálními službami. Tato část je zaměřena na definici a cílové skupiny těchto služeb. Jsou zde například popsána tato témata: poskytované služby, předpoklady sociálních pracovníků pro výkon jejich povolání, cíle terénní sociální práce, povinnosti poskytovatelů a jednání se zájemcem o poskytování sociální služby. Cílem praktické části bylo zjištění spokojenosti klientů, kteří využívají Terénní sociální službu Boletice. S ohledem na cíl praktické části byla zvolena metoda kvantitativního výzkumu formou dotazníkového šetření. Výběr respondentů, kteří se tohoto šetření zúčastnili, měl tato kritéria: respondenti museli být klienty Terénní sociální služby Boletice, což znamená, že tuto službu využili nejméně jedenkrát, mohlo se jednat o ženy i muže, kteří nemuseli být plnoletí. V praktické části jsme hledali odpovědi na otázku: Jaké faktory ovlivňují spokojenost klientů se sociální službou? Z výzkumu vyplynuly tyto faktory: dostupnost terénní služby, provozní doba, rozsah služeb, různé způsoby komunikace, kvalita služby a zaměstnanci. Na základě odpovědí klientů je navrženo doporučení.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on determining the satisfaction of clients of social field services. The main task of the theoretical part is to become familiar with social services and field social services. This part is focused on defining target group of these services. For example, the following topics are described in this thesis: provided services, prerequisites for performing the profession of social workers, goals of social field work, commitments of providers and negotiations with individuals who are interested in social service being provided. The goal of practical part was to determine whether the clients using the Field Social Service Boletice are satisfied with the provided service. With regard to the stated goal of the practical part, I chose quantitative research method in the form of questionnaire survey. Selection of respondents who participated on the survey was under the following criteria: the respondents needed to be clients of the Field Social Service Boletice, which means that they used the service at least once, both men and women, adult and underage could participate. I was seeking answers to this question: Which factor affects the satisfaction of the clients with social service the most? The research revealed such factors as: availability and accessibility of the social field work, working hours, portfolio of services, varying means of communication, quality of the provided service and the workers themselves. On the basis of answers of the clients, a recommendation is proposed.
