Abstract:
Cílem předkládané bakalářské práce je zpracovat ucelený materiál zabývající se problematikou ocenění pozemku. Teoretická část práce se zabývá vymezením pozemku jako předmětu ocenění a samotného ocenění s akcentem na analýzu tržních a administrativních metod ocenění pozemku a jejich vzájemnou komparaci.
