Abstract:
Prace pojednava o ochrane subjektivnich obcanskych prav prostredictvi organu verejné spravy. Jsou vymezeny pojmy subjektivni pravo, verejna sprava. Systematicky je prace clenena podle vystupu organu verejne spravy v podobe konstitutivnich rozhodnuti, deklaratornich rozhodnuti a samostatna kapitola je venovana rozhodnutim podle ustanoveni § 5 obcanskeho zakoniku

The civil rights security through the public administration organs is the most important right guarantee, besides the juridical security, which is stipulated by the constitutional rule of Czech republic.
