Optimalization of the suppliers net by application of the outsorcing

Abstract:

Predmetom bakalárskej práce je popis už existujúceho dodávateľského reťazca vo firme Continental Matador Truck Tires, ako aj nového navrhovaného dodávateľského reťazca, porovnanie doterajších vynaložených nákladov s budúcimi vynaloženými nákladmi.Teoretická časť práce sa zameriava na dopravu a jednotlivé dopravné systémy, dodávateľský reťazec a outsorcing. Praktická časť bakalárskej práce zahŕňa predstavenie firmy Continental Matador, jej históriu a predmet činnosti spoločnosti. Primárnym cieľom praktickej časti je analýza súčasného dodávateľského reťazca a porovnanie jeho vynaložených nákladov s predpokladanými nákladmi nového navrhovaného dodávateľského reťazca a tiež jeho opis.

Abstract:

The main topic of the bachelor thesis is the description of the existing supplier chain in the company Continental Matador Truck Tires together with the new proposed supplier chain, comparison of the current and potential costs in the future. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on transportation and individual transportation systems, supplier chain and outsourcing. The practical part of the bachelor thesis includes the introduction of the company Continental Matador, its history and line of business. The primary goal of the practical part is the analysis of the current supplier chain, comparison of the current costs with the expected costs of the new proposed supplier chain and its description.
