Anotace:

Tato Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem Stresu u pedagogů v pedagogické praxi. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a výzkumnou. V teoretické části jsou popsány příslušné termíny s danou tématikou související a to stres, jeho definice, členění, faktor stresoru a důsledky stresových situací. Důležitá pozornost je věnována definici pojmu pedagog, nároků, jež jsou kladeny na pedagogickou profesi. Synergicky k těmto dvěma skupinám je osvětlena problematika stresu a jeho projev v pedagogické praxi, a umění zvládání stresu.Ve výzkumné části práce jsou porovnány stresové situace pedagogů působících na Základních školách a Středních odborných učilištích s tím související otázky, jaké na ně působí stresové faktory a jejich náchylnost k psychosomatickým nemocem. V závěru práce jsou analyzovány obě cílové skupiny a zhodnocují se výsledky provedeného šetření.

Abstract:

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the subject of teachers’ stress in teaching practice. The work is divided into theoretical and research part. In the theoretical part there is the description of the terms related to the issue-the stress, its definition, the types of stress, the stressor factor and the consequences of stress situations. Significant attention is devoted to the definition of the concept of the teacher, to the demands which are placed on teaching profession. Synergistically to these two groups the issues of stress and its reflection in teaching praxis and the ability to manage stress are clarified.In the research part of the thesis there is the comparison of stress situations of teachers working in elementary schools and secondary vocational schools and related issues, what stress factors affect them and what is their predisposition to psychosomatic illnesses.In the end both target groups are analyzed and the results of the survey are evaluated.
