Bakalářská práce se zabývá samozásobitelstvím na širším Brněnsku v 70. a 80. letech 20. století. Pojednává o tom, jaké plodiny se pěstovaly, jak se zpracovávaly a kde se samostatné plodiny i následné produkty z plodin uchovávaly. The bachelor's thesis deals with self-supply of the wider Brno region in the 70s and 80s of the 20th century. It discusses what crops were grown, how they were processed and where individual crops and subsequent crop products were stored.
