Use of the feasibility studies in the EU projects financed by structural funds

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení praktického využití studií proveditelnosti v projektech fondů EU na základě reálných příkladů. Teoretická část představuje regionální politiku Evropské unie a aktuální dotační zdroje EU pro ČR, konkrétně tituly určené pro malé a střední podniky. Práce se dále zabývá posouzením významu a struktury studie proveditelnosti, kterou žadatel o dotaci z veřejných zdrojů předkládá jako součást své projektové žádosti. Praktická část popisuje tři reálné studie proveditelnosti trojice různých českých firem, patřících do kategorie malý nebo střední podnik, působících v oboru polygrafie. Tyto podniky se ucházely o finanční podporu z operačního programu OPPI, podprogramu ICT v podnicích. Práce analyzuje vliv studie proveditelnosti na průběh realizace jednotlivých projektů. Cílem je zodpovědět otázku, zda se údaje ve studiích proveditelnosti popisující průběh projektu shodovaly se skutečnou situací během realizace.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis aims on the practical use of the Feasibility Study in the projects supported by the European Union. Theoretical part presents the regional policy of the EU and current financial resources available for the Czech small and medium enterprises. It focuses on the importance and structure of the feasibility study, which is part of the applicant's project application. The analytical part of the thesis describes three real studies from three different Czech companies - SMEs operating in the printing industry. The applicants co-financed their projects from the operational program OPPI, subprogram ICT in enterprises. The bachelor thesis analyzes the impact of the feasibility study on the implementation of individual projects. The main goal of this work is to answer the question whether the information included in the feasibility studies describing the progress of the project corresponds to the real situation during the implementation.
