Determination of heavy metals in fish scales using ICP-MS method
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá měřením obsahů vybraných prvků v šupině z kapra obecného. Byly zjištěny nejen koncentrace v celé šupině, ale také nalezen rozdíl mezi ukládáním těžkých kovů na odkryté a zakryté části šupiny. Pevné vzorky rybích šupin byly měřeny pomocí přístroje LA-ICP-MS, kdy výsledkem bylo prostorové rozložení prvků na povrchu. Měření vzorků rozpuštěných šupin se provádělo na přístroji ICP-MS …more
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the measurement of amount of selected elements in the fish scales of common carp. Concentrations in the scales was identified and differences between storage of heavy metals in exposed and covered part of scale were studied.
