Abstract:

Diplomová práce "Zahraniční obchod mimo EU" se zabývá daňovým a účetním pohledem na zahraniční obchod ČR se státy, které se nachází mimo území EU. Stěžejními zdroji této práce jsou Zákon 563/1991 Sb., o účetnictví, Zákon č. 235/2004 Sb., o dani z přidané hodnoty a Celní kodexe. V teoretické části je nejprve vymezen pojem zahraniční obchod a všeobecně popsáno postavení ČR k tématu daňové politiky a celní politiky. V další části práce jsou vymezeny správné postupy z hlediska DPH při dovozu a vývozu, také je zde uveden postup při vzniku chyb. Třetí část této práce se věnuje pohledu na zahraniční obchod z pozice účetnictví, jsou zde uvedeny některé příklady účtování a rozdíly mezi účetním a daňovým pohledem. V praktické části je nejprve představena zkoumaná korporace, dále jsou na základě teoretické části vytvořeny modelové příklady s účtováním a vlivem na daně. V další části se autorka pokusila popsat a ohodnotit některé situace, které vypozorovala v praxi. A v poslední části je vyhodnocen vliv chyb vzniklých při zahraničním obchodu na rozvahu a výsledovku u zkoumané společnosti s návrhem na lepší či jiné řešení na základě teoretické části a modelových příkladů.

Abstract:

The thesis "Foreign trade outside the EU" deals with tax and accounting view of the Czech foreign trade with countries located outside the EU. The fundamental source of this work are Act No. 563/1991 Coll., On Accounting, Law no. 235/2004 Coll., On Value Added Tax and Customs Code. In the theoretical part is first defined the concept of foreign trade and generally described the position of the Czech Republic on the topic of tax policy and customs policy. The next section defines the correct procedures for VAT on imports and exports, there is also a given procedure errors. The third part of this work is devoted to looking at foreign trade from a position of accounting, there are some examples of accounting and differences between the accounting and tax perspective. In the practical part is firstly introduced surveyed corporation is also based on the theoretical part created role models to accounting and the impact on taxes. In the next section, the author tried to describe and assess certain situations, which has observed in practice. And in the last part evaluates the influence of errors incurred in foreign trade in the balance sheet and income among surveyed companies with a proposal for better or different solution based on the theoretical part and model examples.
