Práce je zaměřena na studium geneticky odlišných vzorků křemene – lokality strážeckého moldanubika: Brtnice a Rousměrov – pegmatity; lokality silezika: Vernířovice a Krásné u Hraběšic – křemeny alpské parageneze, Žulová – hydrotermální křemenné žíly z granitů žulovského plutonu a Jeglowa – nízkoteplotní hydrotermální žíly z kvarcitů.
