Creation and development of a business project in the area of the former collective area
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na realizaci projektu paintballové arény v areálu bývalého jednotného zemědělského družstva. Autor zde využívá prvků podnikatelského plánování, metodik SWOT a PESTEL analýz a částečně se zabývá i tvorbou celkového konceptu v rámci areálu. Celý projekt a jeho realizovatelnost jsou ověřeny pomocí příslušných metodik a finanční analýzou.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis focuses on the implementation of a paintball arena project in the area of a former agricultural cooperative. The author uses elements of business planning, SWOT methodologies and PESTEL analysis and partly deals with the creation of the overall concept within the complex.
