Abstract:
Teoretická část práce bude analyzovat místo a význam profesní kompetence učitele k rozvoji nadání žáků a studentů ve vztahu k ostatním klíčovým učitelským kompetencím. Empirická část práce bude prezentovat cíle, design a výsledky kvantitativně orientovaného výzkumu, který bude data získávat pomocí dotazníku, který bude distribuován vzorku učitelů středních škol. Abstract:
The theoretical part will analyze the place and importance of professional competence teachers to develop talents of students in relation to other key teaching competencies. The research will be presented the objectives, design and results quantitatively oriented research that will acquire data using a questionnaire that will be distributed to a sample of high school teachers.
