Nursing process by the patient with multiple sclerosis

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na nemoc roztroušená skleróza. V práci se snažíme proniknout do rozdílu ve vnímání nemoci z pohledu ženy ve fertilním věku zatím bezdětné, které byla diagnostikována roztroušená skleróza, a ženy, které byla diagnostikována roztroušená skleróza po porodu. Teoretická část stručně popisuje pojem -,,roztroušená skleró-za", dále jsou popsané oblasti anatomie, klinických příznaků, vyšetřovacích metod, možnosti léčby a v závěru je popsán ošetřovatelský model podle Marjory Gordonové. V praktické části se věnujeme kvalitativnímu výzkumu, který je zhotoven na základě analýzy zdravotnické dokumentace a rozhovoru podle ošetřovatelského modelu Marjory Gordonové. Vytvořili jsme dvě kazuistiky. Při vypracování bakalářské práce jsme se také zaměřili na časné rozpoznání příznaků onemocnění. V této souvislosti jsme vytvořili informační leták, který má informovat veřejnost o prvních příznacích nemoci.

Abstract:

Bachelors thesis is focused on the condition multiple sclerosis. In our work we are trying to see this condition from a perspective of a women that is already diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and wanting a child. In comparison of a women who gave birth to a child and right after was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Theoretical portion is describing the concept "multiple sclerosis" next there Is anatomy area description, clinical symptoms, investigation methods, treatment options, and lastly the Medical model according to Marjory Gordon. In the practical part we are dedicated to qualitative research which is completed on behalf of observation and also conversation according to the Medical model of Mrs.Marjory Gordon. From there are created two case studies. When creating this bachelors thesis we were targeting prevention of this condition, and how to identify its symptoms in time. We have created an information flyer as well. This flyer should inform the public about prevention and first symptoms of this con-dition .
