Diplomová práce je zpracována na téma Pracovně - životní rovnováha sociálních pracovníků. The diploma thesis is elaborated on the topic Work-life balance of social workers. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on social work and the profession of social worker, specifying the paradigms of social work, discussing its professional qualifications, assumptions and expected roles.
