Tématem této diplomové práce je podnikání na kapitálovém trhu, respektive kontrolní procesy, které toto podnikání regulují a garantují jeho konkrétní průběh. Cílem diplomové práce je pak uvést a analyzovat kontrolní procesy při podnikání na kapitálovém trhu, jejichž úkolem je eliminace těchto jevů. This thesis is focused on business on capital markets, respectively the control mechanism, which regulate this business and guarantee its correct proces.
