Abstract:
Cíle této bakalářské práce je ocenění podniku pomocí metod výnosových. První teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení základních pojmů a jejich vysvětlení, na rozdělení metody finanční a strategické analýzy, popis, jak se vyvíjí a tvoří finanční plán apod.
