Abstract:

Mikulecký P. Motivace zaměstnanců při řízení a implementaci změny v podniku z odvětví logistiky. Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje motivaci zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku z odvětví logistiky. První část se věnuje dosavadním teoretickým poznatkům týkajících se motivace zaměstnanců, zejména motivačním teoriím. V druhé části je zkoumána motivace zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku a navrženy změny motivace s využitím poznatků dvoufaktorové teorie F. Herzberga.

Abstract:

Mikulecký P. Employee motivation during management and implementation of change in a company from the logistics sector. This bachelor's thesis is devoted to the motivation of employees in a selected company from the logistics sector. The first part is devoted to the current theoretical findings related to employee motivation, especially motivational theories. In the second part, the motivation of employees in the selected company is examined and changes in motivation are proposed using the findings of F. Herzberg's two-factor theory.
