Attitudes of employers to employ people with disabilities in the open labor market in the Usti Region

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je tematicky orientována na problematiku zaměstnávání osob s postižením na otevřeném trhu práce. V teoretické části práce je věnována pozornost tématu zdravotního postižení, se zvláštním zřetelem na postižení mentální, možnosti vzdělávání a předprofesní přípravy mentálně postižených lidí, jako je současný systém výchovy, možnostmi pracovního uplatnění osob s postižením, významem práce, pracovním poradenstvím a pracovními podmínkami a jejich specifiky ve vztahu k dané cílové skupině. Výzkumné šetření realizované v rámci práce bude zaměřeno na zjištění postojů zaměstnavatelů k zaměstnávání osob s postižením v rámci Ústeckého kraje a rovněž k podmínkám jejich zaměstnávání a jejich možnému zlepšení. Výstupem práce bude formulace strukturovaných doporučení pro možné zlepšení ve zkoumané oblasti.

Abstract:

The thesis is thematically focused on the issue of the employment of persons with disabilities in the open labour market. The theoretical part is devoted to the topic of disability, with a special focus on mental disability, learning opportunities and pre-vocational training of mentally disabled people, such as the present system of education, employment opportunities of persons with disabilities, the importance of work, job counseling and working conditions and their specifics in relation to the target group. The research undertaken in this thesis focuses on finding employers' attitudes to the employment of people with disabilities in the Ústí nad Labem region and also to the conditions of their employment and their possible improvement. Outcome of this work is to formulate a structured recommendations for possible improvements in the study area.
