Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na oblast ochranných známek v pivovarnictví z hlediska jejich vymahatelnosti u soudních instancí. Abstract:
This diploma thesis focuses on the area of trademarks in the brewing industry from the point of view of their enforceability in court. The most famous trademark dispute between the Czech Budvar and the originally American brewery Anheuser-Busch was resolved for 122 years and included many partial lawsuits, which was also the motive for the chosen topic of the thesis.
