Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout udržitelný balíkový produkt ve společnosti PPL CZ s.r.o. tak, aby došlo ke zkvalitnění služby udržitelnější balíkové přepravy. The purpose of this master thesis is to suggest a sustainable parcel product at PPL CZ s.r.o. to improve the service of sustainable parcel transport.
