Relationships at the workplace as a starting point for creating an ethical code for teachers at vocational schools

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá komplexně tématem vztahů na pracovišti středních odborných škol. Důraz je kladen zejména na problémy šikany na pracovišti a mož-nosti jejího řešení formou stanovení dalšího závazného předpisu, který by mohl regulovat jednání učitelů, a to etického kodexu. Stěžejní část práce se opírá o vý-sledky provedeného průzkumného šetření, jehož respondenty byli učitelé střed-ních škol v okrese Brno – město.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of interpersonal relationships between teachers at high schools. The emphasis is put on the problems connected with bul-lying at the workplace and possibilities how to solve it with an obligatory regula-tion of ethical code for teachers at high schools. The main part of the thesis is de-voted to the questionnaire and its results. Respondents were the teachers working at high schools in the district Brno – město.
