Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu trombofilie v těhotenství. Práce je složena z části teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je popsána fyziologie krevního srážení, mechanismus vzniku trombu, jednotlivé trombofilní mutace i trombembolické komplikace včetně léčby a prevence a jejich specifik v těhotenství. The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of thrombophilia in pregnancy. The work consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the physiology of coagulation, the mechanism of formation of blood clot, thrombophilic mutations and thromboembolic complications, including treatment and prevention and its specifics in pregnancy.
