Diplomová práce se zabývá právními aspekty zpracování osobních údajů v prostředí cloud computingu. Důraz je kladen na ochranu osobních údajů. Kromě obecného režimu zpracování osobních údajů v cloudu se práce podrobně věnuje předávání osobních údajů do zahraničí a s tím související kolizi právních řádů různých států. This thesis deals with legal aspects of processing of personal data in cloud computing environment. The focus is given to the protection of personal data. Besides the general regime of the processing of personal data in the cloud, this thesis deals with the transfer of personal data abroad and with the related conflict of laws of different states.
