Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat vztah principu zodpovědnosti v návaznosti na aplikaci portfolia ve vzdělávacím procesu v daltonských třídách v Brně. Dále se teze zabývá způsoby jeho zpracování a využití v oblasti vzdělávání. Struktura této práce reflektuje teoretické zásady aplikace portfolia v daltonské výuce v souvislosti s principem zodpovědnosti a zároveň zhodnocuje praktické zkušenosti s portfoliem prostřednictvím empirického výzkumu. Praktická část byla provedena rozhovorovým šetřením, kde skupinu respondentů tvořili učitelé zkoumané školy. Jako metodu jsem zvolila případovou studii, která se snaží odpovědět na otázky, zdali portfolio napomáhá žákům a pedagogům při procesu formování zodpovědnosti ve vyučování. Výsledky výzkumu potvrzují, že prakticky vedené učitelské portfolio pomáhá učiteli rozvíjet vlastní profesní kompetence, zvyšuje kvalitu vyučovacího procesu a má pozitivní dopad na přejímání znalostí a schopností žáků.

Abstract:

This thesis Portfolio – nástroj zodpovědnosti v daltonských školách aims to analyse the nature of the relationship between the principle of responsibility and the use of portfolio in the learning process in classes taught according to the Dalton Plan in Brno. Furthermore, the treatise deals with the preparation of portfolio and related functions of portfolio in the teaching and learning processes. The structure of the thesis reflects the theoretical principles of portfolio application in a Dalton class in relation to the principle of responsibility and the treatise concludes with an empirical assessment of practical experience of teachers with teaching portfolios. The empirical part employs research interwievs designed for the group of respondents consisting of teachers at the researched school. The study inquires into questions relating to the facilitating function of portfolios in relation to the process of responsibility formation in Dalton classes. The results of the research affirm that practically designed portfolios allow the teachers to develop their own competences, increase the quality of the teaching process, and have positive implications towards the reception of knowledge and skills by students.
