Tato diplomová práce se věnuje hlavním vstupům řízení výkonnosti malého a středního podniku. Cílem práce je výběr a vyhodnocení klíčových vstupů, které mají pozitivní vliv na řízení výkonnosti ve zkoumaném podniku. Dílčím cílem práce je vymezit a charakterizovat vstupy, které jsou součástí řízení výkonnosti vybraného podniku. This thesis deals with the main inputs of small performance management and medium-sized enterprises. The aim of the work was to select and evaluate key inputs that have a positive impact on performance management in the enterprise.
