Employee adaptation in a selected company

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá problematikou adaptačního procesu v konkrétní vybrané korporátní společnosti a je rozdělena do tří základních částí. Teoretická část obsahuje informace o základních pojmech z oblasti personalistiky se zaměřením na adaptaci, přijetí nových zaměstnanců do kolektivu a přijetí firemní filozofie a kultury. Empirická část popisuje základní charakteristiku společnosti, pozice BTO a analyzuje současný stav nastaveného adaptačního procesu. Poslední část práce je věnována konkrétním návrhům na změny v současném adaptačním procesu za účelem snížení fluktuace zaměstnanců na pozici BTO a zvýšení spokojenosti a loajality vůči společnosti CB.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the issue of the adaptation process in a specific chosen corporate company and is divided into three basic parts. The theoretical part contains information about basic concepts in the field of personnel management with a focus on adaptation, the acceptance of new employees into the team, and the acceptance of corporate philosophy and culture. The empirical part describes the basic characteristics of the company, the position of BTO, and analyzes the current state of the adaptation process. The last part of the work is devoted to specific proposals for changes in the current adaptation process in order to reduce employee turnover in the BTO position and increase satisfaction and loyalty to the CB company.
