Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou odhadu diskontní míry a jednotlivých parametrů používaných zejména u dvou hlavních metod pro její stanovení: přirážkové metody a modelu CAPM. V první části práce jsou představeny vlivy působící na diskontní míru, a tak i na způsob jejího odhadu. The Diploma Thesis deals with the problems of an estimate of the discount rate and the single parameters used especially in the two basic methods for its determination: the surcharge (premium) method and the CAPM model.
