Abstract:

KUPAEVA, Albina. Webové stránky 5* hotelů v Praze a Moskvě: komparativní analýza [Bakalářská práce]. Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha 2014. Bakalářská práce na téma „Webové stránky 5* hotelů v Praze a Moskvě: komparativní analýza“ obsahuje analýzu založenou na porovnání předem stanovených kritérií – vlastností webových stránek zkoumaných hotelů. Těmito kritérií jsou komunikační možnosti pětihvězdičkových hotelů v Praze a v Moskvě. Zkoumají se možnosti komunikace prostřednictvím bezplatné telefonní linky, sociálních sítí, Skype, rezervačního formuláře, referencí klientů. Rovněž obsahuje analýzu využití sociálních sítí hotelovými řetězci. Cílem bakalářské páce je porovnání komunikačních možností webových stránek pětihvězdičkových hotelů v Moskvě a v Praze na základě stanovených kritérií a zjištění hlavních rozdílů v komunikačních možnostech pětihvězdičkových hotelů ve zmíněných městech.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis is dedicated to the websites of 5* Hotels in Prague and Moscow: comparative analysis and includes analysis based on a comparison of predetermined criteria - the characteristics of websites surveyed hotels. These criteria are the communication capabilities of five star hotels in Prague and Moscow. The thesis includes the comparison of the possibilities of communication by freephone, social networking, Skype, booking form, references of clients. It also includes an analysis of the use of social networks by hotel chains. The aim is to compare the lever bachelor of communications options on the websites of 5* star hotels in Moscow and Prague based on set criteria and identification of the main differences in communication possibilities of five star hotels in these cities.
