Abstract:

V moderním světě, kde urbanizace stále narůstá, se důležitost vytváření kvalitního městského prostředí stává nedílnou součástí rozvoje každého města, ať už jde o velké město nebo malou městskou vesnici. Tato potřeba je dána řadou faktorů, včetně nárůstu obyvatel měst a potřeby zajistit její pohodlný a bezpečný život. Veřejné prostory hrají v tomto procesu klíčovou roli, protože jsou místem setkávání, výměny a sociální interakce občanů. Odrážejí také úroveň kulturního a společenského života ve městě, vytvářejí jedinečnou atmosféru a pocit sounáležitosti s místem. Navrhování pohodlných veřejných městských prostranství vyžaduje integrovaný přístup. To zahrnuje nejen zohlednění funkčních a technických aspektů jako je dostupnost pro všechny skupiny lidí, bezpečnost, estetiku a využitelnost, ale také utváření ducha místa. Je důležité brát v úvahu potřeby a zájmy různých sociálních skupin a také zachovaní a rozvíjení identity a jedinečných rysů městské kultury. Pro zpracování diplomové práce je vybráno modelové území, skládající se z jednotlivých veřejných prostranství. Předmětem diplomové práce je studium vývoje funkčního systému veřejných prostorů. Diplomová práce je rozdělená na tří části. V první části diplomové práce se zkoumají způsoby a principy, které slouží ke vzniku multifunkčních prostorů, založených především na jejich humanizaci. A také stručný přehled historického vývoje a také novějších trendů. Druhá část je věnovaná průzkumům a rozborům modelového území. Výsledkem těchto průzkumu je vymezení hlavních problémů modelového území. Na základě, kterých je následně zpracovaná architektonická studie. Třetí část je návrhová, v nichž je představena hlavní myšlenka návrhu a zpracovaná architektonická studie, která je zaměřená na vytvoření systémů veřejných prostranství.

Abstract:

In a modern world where urbanization is increasing, the importance of creating a quality urban environment is becoming an integral part of the development of any city, whether it is a large city or a small urban village. This need is driven by a number of factors, including the growth of the urban population and the need to ensure its comfortable and safe living. Public spaces play a key role in this process, as they are places of meeting, exchange and social interaction for citizens. They also reflect the level of cultural and social life in a city, creating a unique atmosphere and a sense of belonging to a place. Designing comfortable public urban spaces requires an integrated approach. This involves not only taking into account functional and technical aspects such as accessibility for all groups of people, safety, aesthetics and usability, but also shaping the spirit of place. It is important to take into account the needs and interests of different social groups as well as preserving and developing the identity and unique features of urban culture. A model area, consisting of individual public spaces, is selected for the thesis. The subject of the thesis is the study of the development of the functional system of public spaces. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part of the thesis studies the methods and principles used to create multifunctional spaces, based mainly on their humanization. As well as a brief overview of the historical development and also more recent trends. The second part is devoted to research and analysis of the model territory. The result of these surveys is the identification of the main problems of the model area. On the basis of which an architectural study is subsequently prepared. The third part is the design part, in which the main idea of the design is presented and the architectural study is prepared, which is focused on the creation of public space systems.
