Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je stanovení hodnoty podniku Měšťanský pivovar v Poličce, a.s. Ocenění je provedeno k 1. lednu 2018 a hodnota podniku v budoucnu poslouží zejména pro strategické rozhodování managementem společnosti. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část obsahuje základní postupy a metody při stanovení hodnoty podniku, které jsou využity v praktické části. Praktická část obsahuje základní informace o podniku, strategickou analýzu, finanční analýzu a finanční plán. Závěry strategické a finanční analýzy potvrdily going concern princip, a z tohoto důvodu je stanovení hodnoty podniku provedeno pomocí výnosové metody DCF entity. Pro doplnění výnosové metody je hodnota podniku stanovena také metodou tržních multiplikátorů a účetní hodnoty.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is to determine the value of the company Měšťanský pivovar v Poličce, a.s. The value analysis is made as of the date of January 1st 2018 and will serve in the future for strategic decision-making by the management of that said company. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part contains basic concepts and methods of value determination of the company, that are later used in the practical part. The practical part contains basic information about the enterprise, strategic analysis, financial analysis and financial plan. Conclusions of the strategic and financial analysis have confirmed the going concern principle, and thus the value of the company is determined by using the yield method DCF entity. In addition to the yield method, the value of the company is also determined by the method of market multiplicators and book value.
