Lektiny AAL rodiny jsou proteiny, které reverzibilně a s nejvyšší specifitou vážou sacharid L-fukózu. Jelikož součástí glykosylačních míst protilátky IgE je právě daný sacharid, je možné, že by spolu mohli daným způsobem interagovat. Abstract:
Lectins of AAL family are proteins which reversible and with the highest specificity interact to saccharide L-fucose. Since the given saccharide is part of the glycosylation sites of the IgE antibody, it is possible that they could interact with each other in each way.
