Efficiency of cooling box

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce poukazuje na nutnost snižování spotřeby energie, obzvláště energie získané z neobnovitelných zdrojů. V teoretické čísti podává všeobecné informace o způsobech chlazení, blíže se pak zaměřuje na chlazení kompresorové, které je jedním z nejpoužívanějších. Dále tato práce analyzuje vytvoření možných opatření, skrze ně lze snížit energetickou náročnost daného chladicího zařízení. Pomocí energetického auditu bylo zjištěno, že vnitřní podmínky chladicího zařízení neodpovídají požadovaným hodnotám. Taktéž po analýze energetického auditu bylo zjištěno, že aktuální energetická účinnost je na velice špatné úrovni. Přičemž bylo prokázáno následnou aplikací jistých opatření, že i bez větších konstrukčních zásahů lze efektivně snížit spotřebu energie a tudíž zvýšit energetickou účinnost. Pro další snížení spotřeby bych doporučil blíže analyzovat softwarové řízení a případně změnit nastavení podle dlouhodobých vnějších pracovních podmínek. Složitější konstrukční zásah, který by jistě vedl ke zlepšení energetické účinnosti je optimalizace samotného chladicího okruhu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis highlights the need to reduce energy consumption, especially energy obtained from non-renewable sources. In the theoretical part, it gives general information about the methods of cooling, and then it focuses more on compressor cooling, which is one of the most used. Further, this thesis analyzes possible approaches and steps through which it is possible to reduce the energy demand of the given cooling device. An energy audit found that the internal conditions of the cooling device did not match the required values. Also, following an analysis of the energy audit, it was found that current energy efficiency is at a very poor level. It has been demonstrated by the subsequent application of certain measures that even without major structural interventions it is possible to effectively reduce energy consumption and thereby increase energy efficiency. To further reduce consumption, I would recommend that you analyze software management more closely and, if necessary, change your settings according to long-term external working conditions. A more complicated design intervention that would certainly improve energy efficiency is the optimization of the cooling cycle itself.
