Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vietnamskou gastronomií a jejími tradicemi. Cílem práce je analyzovat vybraná vietnamská stravovací zařízení, posoudit jejich nabídku, blíže představit tuto exotickou kuchyni veřejnosti a následně z výzkumu posoudit její míru oblíbenosti a informovanosti. This bachelor thesis deals with Vietnamese gastronomy and its traditions. The aim of the thesis is to analyze selected Vietnamese catering facilities and to evaluate their supply, also to introduce this exotic cuisine to the public and to assess its popularity and awareness.
