Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice architektonických bariér v návrhu novostavby Základní umělecké školy a jejího okolí. Cílem bakalářské práce je posouzení dodržených požadavků v kontextu bezbariérovosti dle vyhlášky č. 398/2009 Sb., v platném znění a návrh opatření vedoucích k odstranění zjištěných nedostatků. Teoretická část ukotvuje jednotlivé pojmy spojené s problematikou bezbariérovosti pro osoby s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace. Vymezuje obecné technické požadavky zabezpečující bezbariérové užívání staveb pro osoby nejen s tělesným postižením, ale také pro osoby se zrakovým a sluchovým postižením. Aplikační část je zaměřena na studii architektonického návrhu Základní umělecké školy v Neratovicích a přilehlého parku, který je součástí objektu školy. Dále je v aplikační části zmapována návaznost širších vztahů okolí ZUŠ v kontextu požadavků bezbariérovosti. Na základě výsledků získaných ze studie architektonického návrhu novostavby a jejího okolí jsou specifikovány zjištěné nedostatky a vytvořen návrh na jejich odstranění. Bakalářská práce vychází z projektové dokumentace pro stavební povolení vypracované v předmětech ATL_1, ATL_2 a ATL_3. Součástí této práce je dále architektonická studie v podobě bookletu a komentovaný prezentační poster.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of architectural barriers in the design of a new building of the Elementary Art School and its surroundings. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to assess the requirements met in the context of accessibility according to Decree No. 398/2009 Coll., As amended, and a proposal for measures to eliminate the identified shortcomings. The theoretical part anchors individual concepts associated with the issue of accessibility for people with limited mobility and orientation. It defines general technical requirements ensuring barrier-free use of buildings for people not only with physical disabilities, but also for people with visual and hearing disabilities. The application part is focused on the study of the architectural design of the Basic Art School in Neratovice and the adjacent park, which is part of the school building. Furthermore, the application part maps the continuity of broader relations around the art school in the context of accessibility requirements. Based on the results obtained from the study of the architectural design of the new building and its surroundings, the identified shortcomings are specified and a proposal for their elimination is created. The bachelor thesis is based on project documentation for building permits developed in subjects ATL_1, ATL_2 and ATL_3. Part of this work is also an architectural study in the form of a booklet and an annotated presentation poster.
