Abstract:
Diplomová práce „Návrat žen po rodičovské dovolené na pracovní trh v rámci regionu Hodonínsko“ se zabývá subjektivními zkušenostmi žen žijících v okrese Hodonín, možnostmi harmonizace systému rodičovské dovolené z hlediska výchovy dítěte a pracovního uplatnění. Dále pojednává o ukončení rodičovské dovolené s tím spojených variantách institucionální péče o dítě a návratu matek na trh práce.

The dissertation „Women's re-entry to the labour market after their parental leave in the region of Hodonín“ deals with subjective experiences of women on parental leave living in the district of Hodonín, and also with possible ways of harmonizing the system of parental leave from the point of view of children education and job opportunities.
