Investment in registered capital of business corporations

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce „Vklady do obchodních korporací“ je identifikace problémů, které se vyskytují v procesu vkladů do obchodních korporací z účetního a daňového hlediska a navrhnout opatření k jejich eliminaci. V první části práce budou vymezeny druhy obchodních korporací a následně základní teoretické poznatky problematiky vkladů v rámci české právní úpravy. V druhé části práce budou využity vhodné účetní a daňové postupy pro zobrazení vkladů, a to na konkrétním příkladu vkladu části závodu. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty celkové výsledky a získané poznatky.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis „Investment in registered capital of business corporations“ is to identify the problems that are occurring in the process of investments in registered capital of business corporations with respect to accounting and taxation. The diploma thesis also provides drafts of their solution. The first part of the thesis contains definitions of types of business corporations and general theoretical overview of the investments within the legislation of the Czech Republic. The second part of the thesis deals with the depiction of investments with the use of suitable accounting and taxation processes, the thesis presents the real example of business establishment deposit. The final part of the thesis summarizes the results and findings.
