Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je charakteristika dotační problematiky v České republice v souvislosti s pandemickou situací. Zaměřuje se na konkretizaci dotačního programu „Antivirus“, a to od procesu přesné specifikace problému při podání žádosti o získání dotačních prostředků, přes využití finančních prostředků na předmět činnosti zasažený finanční ztrátou, až po kontrolu dodržení nastavených dotačních podmínek a případné sankce v případě nesplnění těchto podmínek, a to jak na základě vlastního šetření, tak dle informačních zdrojů.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to characterize the grant issue in the Czech Republic in the context of the current pandemic situation. Specification of the grant program "Antivirus", starting from the process of accurately specifying the problem when applying for grant funds, despite the use of funds for the subject of activity affected financial loss, up to checking compliance with the set subsidy conditions and possible sanctions in the event of non-compliance with these conditions, both on the basis of the investigation itself and accor-ding to information sources.
