Cílem bakalářské práce je porovnání úvěrů ze stavebního spoření a hypotéčního úvěru. Hlavním úkolem je seznámit čtenáře s problematikou poskytovaných úvěrů pro financování vlastního bydlení a poskytnout všeobecný přehled o financování vlastního bydlení. The aim of the bachelor´s thesis is to compare building saving loans and mortgage loans. The primary objective is to explore loans provided for financing one's own housing and to offer a comprehensive overview of housing financing.
