Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza „Systému kritických bodů“ (HACCP) v podniku zabývajícím se obchodem s vínem. V první části je popsán systém z právního hlediska v legislativě Evropské Unie i České republiky, a to od svého vzniku až po současný stav. V části následující je popsán a analyzován zavedený systém HACCP v konkrétní společnosti a zhodnocena jeho potřebnost a užitečnost, stejně jako zápory …more
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is “Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point” (HACCP) in an enterprise engaged in wine trading. The first part describes the law system since its inception to the present of European and Czech legislation. The following section describes a system in a particular enterprise and evaluated the need and usefulness for the enterprise.
